Society more than ever needs new specialists, who would find answers for challenges era effectively implement them daily professional activity. author substantiates idea that dominant is creation creative developmental environment university, which begins with a team like-minded teachers, broadcast produce value attitudes, ideas self-worth, openness, goodwill, respect to dignity human faith capabilities on basis ethnically oriented pedagogy. It proved, person-oriented education should prepare future specialists life as continuous act – deed life, vertex entity, spiritual apogee activity: morally responsible independence, originality, self-awareness, self-action, uniqueness individual`s life. Such value-semantic represent essential forces determine change such structural components goal, content, forms means Research methods applied: analysis, synthesis systematization scientific literature pedagogy, psychology, philosophy, sociology, encyclopedic reference, methodological publications, regulatory legal acts, information resources Internet - clarify, compare approaches direction outlined problems. reveals sincerity each personalities facilitating process, where human`s personality unique holistic has opportunities self-development. This partnership between teacher-facilitator will create conditions personal growth, self-actualization, revealing abilities all participants productive communicative interaction, atmosphere unconditional acceptance, dignity, trust positive frankness.
